For Senior Clinicians:
About the Role:
As a Paediatric OT at Bee Kids, you’ll work with a dynamic caseload of children, supporting a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs. Your work will focus on empowering children and families to thrive in their everyday environments.
Your duties will include:

Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments using standardised tools and functional observations

Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and needs
-
Providing intervention across areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and school readiness (and more)

Writing clear, professional assessment and progress reports
-
Offering family-centered support through regular feedback, parent training, and home program development
-
Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals, educators, and support staff
-
Maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and evidence-based practice
-
Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
Your caseload can be tailored to suit your interests—whether it’s early intervention, sensory integration, assistive technology, emotional regulation, or a bit of everything! You’ll also have the flexibility to deliver services in-clinic, in schools, at home, or via telehealth—based on client needs and your preferences.
About You:

Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA membership (or eligibility)

Blue Card (Working With Children Check QLD)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Passion for working with children and families
