You are now looking for the opportunity to start your career in dentistry where you will be provided training and support by experienced Senior Dental Nurses and Dentists, to see you become established as a superstar Dental Nurse.
You will be trained to ensure the comfort and safety of the patient whilst assisting the dentist so their entire day runs smoothly. This includes all background work which will enable the dentist to focus on the patient’s needs.
Ultimately, the purpose of your role will be to have a focused and productive dentist where the clinicians can focus on their treatment plus safe, happy and returning patients.
You have the demonstrated ability to learn and grow by embracing challenges to excel in roles, that you have done prior and you can adapt and have the capacity to respond to changes in delivering patient care with an eye for details.
There will be much to learn and you’ll need to be willing and hungry to learn and adapt to our clinic’s systems and protocols. The job involves serving patients who have dental issues for which they are at the surgery. You will have to learn new procedures, new terminology and apply the current standards of infection control as implemented by the surgery as per ADA protocol.
