Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom; maintaining records and reporting to the Registered Nurse on duty; providing genuine person-centered care; and monitoring residents' health and well-being.
What you need to have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support (or equivalent)
- Residential Aged Care Experience (preferred)
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various locations and different settings
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian National Police Check
- Current CPR/BLS
- Evidence of 2024 Flu Vaccination
- Evidence of 3 x Covid-19 Vaccination
- Right to Work in Australia
- 2 Clinical references
- Willing to travel, accept shifts, and work at very short notice is admirable.
