We currently have a part-time opportunity available for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator at our Plane Creek site for a Fixed Term contract through to September 2025.

This position is designed for an individual who is self-motivated and excels with limited supervision. While the roles encompass various activities associated with the People & Culture aspect of our business, the main emphasis will be on effectively managing site recruitment activities and providing regional HR advice on policy & procedures.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc)
- Site based HR functions for example; school engagement, employee query resolution.
- Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should enjoy a fast-paced environment and thrive on challenges. You will possess a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people and will be true team player who understands the value of teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential. This role is initially based at our Plane Creek Mill - Mackay.
