About Us:
At CRUX Management Services we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to our partner companies in the community services sector. We are currently seeking a skilled People & Culture Officer to join our team and provide essential administrative support across our People & Culture (P&C) functions.
  
Job Summary:
As a People & Culture Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication across various departments. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help ensure that our HR processes run efficiently and effectively.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the People & Culture inbox, files, spreadsheets, surveys, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the accurate and detailed recording and maintenance of HR information systems and documents.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems to efficiently assist with the creation, maintenance, storage, printing, and distribution of all P&C documentation.
  • Ensure accurate administration of personnel records using HR management systems.
  • Track and process incoming and outgoing HR correspondence.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with minute-taking to ensure accurate records of discussions and action items.
  • Liaise with other internal departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within a HR or People & Culture setting.
  • Currently studying or have a completed relevant qualification e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources (desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various departments.
