The advisers have strong financial services industry experience positioning them well as a valuable solution for high net worth clients. You will enjoy collaboration within the team, working closely alongside an experienced client services leader who manages client operations.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing inbound client engagement with a strong focus on quality service.

  • Preparing client review and new client documentation

  • Supporting and managing the client information and data within the CRM

  • Implementation of all documentation with third-party product and service providers

  • Lodging documentation and management to completion

Qualifications & experience

  • You have a proven track record of client support within the financial planning industry and are passionate about delivering outstanding results

  • It is highly desirable to have Xplan experience (but not essential)

  • You are proud of your attention to detail

  • Excellent engagement skills (you enjoy talking with valued clients)
