Personal Assistant / Secretary to a Director
Statewide Conveyancing is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to work closely with one of our Principals/Directors.
This is a hands-on and rewarding opportunity offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to become an integral member of a friendly and professional team. The role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a genuine talent for organisation and coordination.
You will provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Director’s practice and client matters.

The Position
This pivotal role requires strong organisational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
• diary, calendar and appointment management;
• coordinating meetings, workflow and key deadlines;
• managing emails and correspondence;
• liaising with clients, agents, brokers and legal professionals;
• assisting with conveyancing files and documentation;
• drafting correspondence and legal documents;
• maintaining accurate file records and administrative systems;
• preparing invoices and completing general administrative tasks; and
• providing direct personal assistant and administrative support to the Director.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or a personal assistant/secretarial role within a professional office environment will be highly regarded.
