Role Snapshot:

• Position: Pharmacist in Charge
• Location: Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, Norman Gardens Rockhampton QLD
• Employment type: Full-time (Min. 38 hours)
• Shifts: Primarily Monday to Friday with rotating weekends alongside 2 other pharmacists - The store is open 7 days a week. 
• Responsibilities: Lead the dispensary staff, and work alongside 2 Full time Pharmacists and 2 Retail Managers, cultivate robust customer and community relations, foster teamwork within the dispensary team, deliver top-tier 8CPA professional services.

Role Requirements: 

• Leadership Role: This position offers a leadership role where you will guide and inspire your team to excel in their roles, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborative Leadership Team: You will work in conjunction with the two Retail Managers as part of our leadership team. Together, you will provide strategic direction and ensure seamless operations for the benefit of our valued customers.
• Customer Centricity: Proven track record in building enduring customer and community connections.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to foster collaboration and efficiency within the dispensary team.
• Tech Proficiency: Mastery of FRED dispense software.
• Education/ Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification and General Registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist.
• Professional Services: Capability to deliver requisite 8CPA professional services.
• Vaccination Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Driving Capability: Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.
