There are three (3) pharmacies in the group, and we are currently seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision of becoming an industry leader in providing healthcare solutions for our regional community.

About the role
As a Retail Manager, you will:

With support from the Managing Pharmacist, Manage the front shop retail functions for the three (3) pharmacies in the group

With the support of the administrative team, be responsible for the human resource function of the three (3) pharmacies, including the rostering, recruitment and training of the non-pharmacist staff.

Manage the coordination of retail stock control efficiently and effectively across all three (3) pharmacies ensuring standardisation of practice across the group.

Support the dispensary with scripts in/out.

Perform administrative duties as needed.

Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all AFS Friendly Pharmacy policies and procedures.

Coordinate and direct merchandising practices across the pharmacy group.

Train and mentor team members.
Key Requirements:

Prior pharmacy experience is essential.

Understanding of loyalty programs.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

HR experience highly regarded.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice.

Knowledge of the full scope of practice changes that are facing the industry would be an advantage.
