The Role: 

Join our team as a Physiotherapist to provide thorough assessments, treatment, and care plans for clients in community or residential settings. You'll evaluate and adjust treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team, perform pre-residential assessments, and set health goals with clients.

Your role includes maintaining accurate records, planning and reviewing physiotherapy programs, and managing equipment and supplies. You'll conduct audits, trial new equipment, and train staff. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and agencies is key, along with educating the public about our services. Participate in care conferences and ensure proper completion of applications for external funding.
  • Permanent Full Time: Monday to Friday. 
  • Rockhampton, QLD: Aged Care services/Community. 
  • Base Salary: $90,000 + Superannuation (Depending on experience).

Skills & Requirements:
  • Qualification as a Physiotherapist. 
  • General AHPRA Registration, no limitations or restrictions. 
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate Allied Health clinical experience and proven aged care experience.
  • Valid Drivers License. 
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check & valid National Police Check.
  • Two successful clinical references.
  • Up to date with Flu (2024 Flu Shot) & COVID-19 Vaccinations (x2 + x1 Booster). 
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to met key performance indicators set by leaders.
