We are the mining services contractor for Bravus’ Carmichael Mine and together we are creating jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland. Production is in full swing at the mine site located in the Galilee Basin and we’re excited to be building our team!

In this hands-on role, you will oversee the Reliability and Maintenance Planning for the entire mobile mining fleet, working a 5/2/4/3 roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Reliability Maintenance and the Maintenance plan of all equipment, as well as delivery of accurate reporting and documentation to ensure requirements are met
  • Collate, prepare and present the weekly and monthly report to the line manager and present recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirements
  • Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions.
Your skills and experience
  • Engineering qualification or Trade background in Plant Mechanics or equivalent as well as previous experience in a similar role
  • Current Mining Supervisor – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)
  • Current Carry out the Risk Management Process – G2 (RIIRIS402D)
  • Current Standard 11 and QLD drivers licence
