About the role 

City Heart is currently looking for a casual or part-time EEN or RN to work with our dedicated team of nurses, staff, and independent doctors providing the highest quality care, for approximately 25-32 hours per week.

About you:

All we’re asking is:

• You’re passionate about patient care
• Ideally have GP nursing experience
• Willing to perform Enhanced Primary Care Plans and Health Assessments
• AHPRA registered
• Current CPR certificate

Your responsibilities

Duties will include all aspects of General Practice nursing:

• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills 
• Immunisations: including childhood, employment, travel, and COVID-19 vaccinations
• Wound care 
• Patient triage
• Sterilisation and infection control implementation
• Diagnostics required for Employment and Aviation medicals
• General Treatment room duties
• Cold Chain management
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively 

We’re open to considering applications from New Graduates for this position. Remuneration will be based on experience. Previous experience with Chronic Disease Management - Care Plans and Health Assessments would be desirable; as well as previous experience working within a GP clinic.
