What You’ll Do:

We have an opportunity for Process Operators to join our Bayer Operations team. You will be responsible for the safe control, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment within the section. Reporting directly to the Bayer Operations Supervisor you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:

  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, safety, environmental and community policies, systems, and procedures

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements to equipment, work processes, procedures and practices within the team

  • Performing routine equipment changes and isolations

  • Completing housekeeping functions
