We take great care to provide safe, and competitive seaport services to efficiently facilitate imports and exports through our Queensland ports.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager Procurement your next career move as Procurement & Contract Coordinator will see you service core business functions with their day-to-day procurement activities relating to procurement compliance, documentation and administering procedural functions.

This position requires a driven and inquisitive professional, eager to learn and keen to elevate your career opportunities. A wide variety of commercial and document management tasks make up the requirements of the position, with ongoing support and training available to the successful candidate. 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, compliance or document management 
  • Understanding of priority management and administering multiple work streams 
  • Demonstrated process management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness and capacity to grow and develop in an evolving industry.
  • Ability to act with integrity 
  • Experience in reporting and compliance management.
