Job Description

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Production Forklift Operators to join our client's local team in Rockhampton. If you are a motivated and eager and available for an immediate start, then we would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will possess the following:



  • Demonstrated experience in labouring and manufacturing style roles
  • Confined Spaces and Working at Heights Tickets highly favorable
  • A current Forklift License Required
  • The ability to work a casual rotating roster that includes night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a hot and physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
  • A strong understanding of OH&S and a commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Excellent communication skills


Your new role will consist of a range of duties including but not limited to:



  • Forklift Operation
  • General Housekeeping
  • Industrial Cleaning of Machinery and Fixed plant on-site
  • Heavy Industrial Labouring
  • Use of Power Tools and Jackhammers


The successful applicants will be reliable and have the ability to work effectively on their own initiative or as part of a team. Immediate start available for the successful applicant.
