Job Description

Production & Logistics Labourers
Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 9pm 
Pay rate starting at: $33/hr + Shift Penalties + Super

We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in roles across manufacturing and logistics. All training is provided, and there’s long-term potential for the right candidates, including permanent opportunities.

About the Roles:

  • Work across manufacturing (machinery operation, mill work, labouring) or logistics (loading, deliveries, packing)
  • Customer-facing duties may be involved
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing machinery (training provided)
  • Manual handling and general labouring
  • Accept and process deliveries
  • Handle and pack fragile materials
  • Load/unload products
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in production, factory work, or general labouring
  • Forklift licence essential
  • Steel handling experience highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills
  • Current driver’s licence (CA accepted)
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude
