Our Bajool Operations in Central Queensland are currently seeking permanent Production Operator to join our team. Bajool and Port Alma are about 40km south of Rockhampton and 40km north of Gladstone. The Role

• We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Production Worker to join our operations team. If you're reliable, hands-on, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we'd love to hear from you. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and executing tasks safely, including conducting risk assessments.
• Loading salt into trucks.
• Building and maintaining stockpiles
• Working on site earthmoving projects.
• Operating machinery and performing a variety of manual handling and physical tasks.
• Supporting the team on salt harvesting activities.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

About You
We're looking for individuals who possess the following:

• Competent with the operation of Front-End Loaders (Required) and Excavators (Highly desirable).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Positive can-do attitude, Initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to safety.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, background screening, and police check
