I&C Instrumentation & Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail orientated Project and IMS Support Administrator to join our team in Boyne Island. This role will support both our Integrated Management System and project team, helping ensure our systems, documentation, and compliance processes run smoothly across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers and supervisors with administrative duties, documentation and reporting.

  • Preparing and compiling relevant project documents.

  • Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotes and project correspondence

  • Maintain and monitor IMS registers and training records

  • Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Prepare and submit client documentation such as QA packages, KPI reports and Transmittals

  • Assist in onboarding, inductions, and maintaining training compliance for staff and subcontractors.

About you:

  • Proven experience in project administration or document control

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing priorities

  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams
