Role:
Kempe Engineering Gladstone has experienced unprecedented growth in their Gladstone workshop, field service and repairs division. They require the services of an experienced Project Administrator to assist the Operations Manager with the day to day running of our teams and repair workshop.
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
· Administration support to workshop supervisor for planned works, projects and job enquires
· Assist in planning and scheduling of workshop and site service activities
· Daily communication with clients on their current job progress or planned works
· Assist in preparation of quotes, tenders along with managing work in progress
· Processing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoices
· Weekly Processing of Invoices
· Daily Workshop Timesheet entry/ validation/ reconciliation
· Support daily safety processes and protocols
· Prepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI’s
· Act in accordance with Kempe Engineering values, policies and procedures
· General Administration and electronic filing
· Fulltime Office Based
The person we are seeking will require the following:
· Cert III Business Administration or similar (desirable)
· Previous experience in an Engineering/ Mechanical/Automotive service repair workshop environment (desirable)
· Experience supporting end-to-end sales administration e.g., enquiries, quotations, order entry, purchase orders, invoicing (desirable)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workshop/ repair service (desirable)
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
· Strong communication & organizational skills
· Familiar with MS Office suite
· Be accurate and detailed
· Be well organized
· Be personable and enjoy working with others
