  • Total Remuneration $147,402 to $154,253 pa (including salary of $124,557 to $130,346 plus 17% superannuation and 12.96% leave loading)

The Gladstone Region Engaging in Action Together (GRT) team is the backbone group responsible for leading a collective impact project under the Stronger Places, Stronger People initiative of the Australian Government in partnership with Queensland Government.  You will be joining a new team, working alongside community in a place-based, community-led journey to improved community wellbeing. 

In this role, your dynamic, innovative and detail-oriented approach will help drive GRT’s work forward supporting the identification of opportunities to improve social wellbeing outcomes. You will be responsible for key stakeholder relationships and work with partners to co-design solutions. Your detailed project management ability, collaboration skills, and recording and reporting of project outcomes and communications will be critical to the success of the role.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and extensive relevant experience or extensive experience and management expertise or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. 
  • Manage multiple and complex objectives and tasks concurrently with tight deadlines.
  • Design of innovative collaborations and change projects.
  • Data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Community engagement and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Facilitation skills and experience. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Project management skills.
  • Local knowledge of the Gladstone Region.
  • Familiarity with First Nations communities and history within the Australian or local context.
