Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all phases of project implementation, including design, documentation, contract management, and construction.
  • Coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders to develop and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Managing scope, budget, cash flow, and quality requirements for each project.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract administration and quality assurance procedures.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to project staff to enhance team performance.

To Be Successful

You will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within construction or building services.
  • Expertise in contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Queensland Government project guidelines is highly desirable.
