We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to successful delivery of various projects leading structural remediation, & maintenance projects.

Essential Skills:
To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven project management experience.
- Ability to report on P&L of projects.
- Coordinate/ schedule work force activities to ensure prioritised execution of projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Uphold health and safety standards and proactively assist others.
- Ability to develop and implement operational improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability leading and managing personnel.
- Demonstrated personnel management skills.
- Accurate reporting and management of projects.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.
- Review project program and completion schedule and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Quality control and accurate reporting.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Qualifications / Experience required:
- NACE / ACA qualification desirable but not essential.
- High-Risk Work License desirable but not essential.
- Drivers Licence – Open.
- Standard 11 / BMA Core.
- S1,S2,S3 & G2.
- White Card.
- MSIC or ability to obtain.
