We are a leading mining services contractor with a strong presence across multiple locations in central Queensland. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee operations and lead project delivery on site. Whether you come from a production or maintenance background, if you have strong leadership skills and proven project management experience, we want to hear from you.
 
About the Role
 
In this dynamic and varied position, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of operations. You’ll work closely with site teams, clients, and senior leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project execution across site operations
  • Drive safety, compliance, and operational performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and project reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and mentor site leadership teams
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in at least a Superintendent or Project Manager role within the mining industry (production or maintenance)
  • Strong understanding of operational, commercial, and safety requirements on mine sites
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background (desirable)
  • Previous experience working for a mining contractor (highly regarded)
