Project Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at Bryan Industries Pty Ltd. This role is primarily located at our Paget, Queensland workshop, with attendance at multiple sites when needed.

In this leadership role, You’ll be responsible for overseeing all workshop activities. This is a full-time position, offering strong opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and supportive organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise daily project activities and onsite teams

·         Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials

·         Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

·         Monitor project progress and report to management

·         Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

·         Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation

·         Support continuous improvement and problem-solving onsite

 

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (or equivalent qualification).

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor within the trades or services industry

  • Strong technical understanding of welding, boilermaking and structural fabrication

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong focus on safety and quality

  • Current driver’s licence and relevant tickets (e.g., White Card, High Risk)
