The Opportunity

This is a pivotal, all-rounder role where you will act as a central point of coordination across administration, projects, finance and operations. You’ll work closely with leadership and field teams to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently day-to-day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily administration, communications, scheduling and office operations
  • Supporting project delivery from tender through to completion, including documentation, timelines and compliance
  • Assisting with finance tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders and payroll support
  • Supporting HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding and staff records
  • Helping manage field operations, job scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Contributing to systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks across administration, projects and operations
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work
  • Solid computer and systems skills, including Microsoft Suite and Excel, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar all-rounder role (highly regarded)
