Job Description

Position: Projects, Shutdowns & Shift Relief Supervisor

Location: CQ Area 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise general maintenance/down days, project works and shutdowns on client sites
  • Assuring jobs meet our client's expectations and the expectations of the Project Manager
  • Optimize the efficiency and quality of personnel and facilities
  • Ensure that the relevant work area's reports, routines, and records are prepared
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment

Tickets & Attributes required for the role:

  • Standard 11 
  • Coal Board Medical
  • Relevant Trade Qualification - Mechanical or Structural
  • Working at Heights 
  • Confined Space
  • Gas Test Atmospheres 
  • S123 & G2 
  • Attention to detail at the highest level
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Being able to manage your time effectively
  • Experience in mining demonstrated
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred
