Projects Support Administrator

Job Description

Van Damme Plant Hire are seeking an energetic and skilled candidate to fill the role of Project Support Administrator.

 

⭐About the role⭐ 

  • Manage employee accommodation across all projects 
  • Manage employee flights across all projects 
  • Organise bus scheduling 
  • Compliance Reporting - MT Data / Guardian
  • Project based registers / reporting
  • Uniform and PPE management / ordering
  • Other general project-based administration duties

About You

Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role proven experience within management and coordination of rostering, data entry and scheduling.

  • Previous experience in a similar role and eager to expand knowledge. 
  • Intermediate to advance Excel/ skills (Beneficial)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Must be proactive and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

On the job training regarding VDPH policies and procedures will be provided as you ease into this role.
