Position: Property Management Assistant

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations? Are you currently a Property Management Assistant or in a Inspections Manager role but looking for a change? Now is the perfect time to APPLY and join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and learn from an experienced Senior Property Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants
  • Conduct ingoing and routine inspections; assist with outgoing inspections as needed
  • Assist with processing rental applications
  • Upload and market properties online
  • Manage maintenance and repair requests
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Work with a high level of autonomy

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A current Driver’s Licence (essential)
  • Previous experience and/or a real estate industry qualification (preferred but not essential—attitude and drive are more important!)
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
