$106,728 p/a + superannuation + salary sacrifice

Full-time - Fixed-term position

About the role:

We are currently seeking a full time Property Management Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. Our new coordinator will coordinate, oversee and ensure the development and implementation of property management and maintenance strategies and systems.

What will a typical day look like?

  • Ensure that AnglicareCQ delivers property management services in accordance with the National Regulatory System for Community Housing and National Building Standards.
  • Lead the development of the property management master plan, supported by annual implementation plans.
  • Oversee the preparation of a property condition report for each property tri-annually.
  • Lead and oversee the maintenance planning to ensure that properties are maintained in good repair and are safe and secure.
  • Undertake site investigations, testing activities and inspections as required.
  • Ensure all properties meet relevant legislative and regulatory requirements/standards.
  • Oversee and advise on leading practices in relation to emergency, planned and responsive maintenance.
  • Negotiate and prepare head leasing and leasing arrangements.
  • Liaise with lessors, property owners and their representatives as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Diploma level qualifications in building/property management (or related discipline).
  • 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
  • Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
