Property Manager & Also Sales Assistant

Job Description

PRD Tannum Sands is looking for a full time Property Manager to join our team in 2024! Could this be you? 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration 
  • Property Management Experience 6+ months or more
  • A current QLD Drivers Licence and own vehicle
  • Excellent knowledge of QLD legislation 
  • Immediate start 
  • Work Hours of 8.30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) 
  • Knowledge of Property Me our rental program we use in office. 
  • Provide a high level of customer service and being a great communicator to our valued clients, tenants and co workers.
  • Attending to walk in clients at the front office, answering calls, contacting owners and tenants, email applications
  • Working with our team and independently 
  • Outstanding time management skills and a good eye for detail and passion for serving our clients 
  • Preparing leases, management agreements, organising and assessing maintenance 
  • Entry's / Exit inspections - experience preferred or willing to learn 
  • Routine inspections 
  • Has the motivation to help build our portfolio and grow within our business

 

We are also looking for a full time Sales Assistant to Deardrie Keleher. 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration 
  • Administration or Sales Assistant experience is preferred 
  • A current QLD Drivers Licence and your own vehicle
  • Excellent knowledge of QLD legislation 
  • Immediate start 
  • Work Hours of 8.30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) or Flexible hours
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn Vaultre system that PRD Sales uses for daily tasks.  
  • Great communication skills in person greeting clients in our office and out at appointments. And communicating well over the phone with clients, taking messages and organising appointments for Deardrie.
  • Working efficiently in a team environment and independently 
  • Time management and commitment to managing daily tasks in our fast paced office
  • Preparing Contracts, filing, auditing, emailing, supporting Deardrie with all Personal assistant needs on a daily basis 
  • Has excellent organisation skills in office and thrives with structure and routine
  • Calling vendors and perspective buyers with confidence and booking in appointments 
  • Helping organise inspections, having paperwork and keys organised and making sure deadlines are met
  • Working on Deardrie' s Calendar and keeping her up to date with clients needs on a daily basis
