About the Roles
We’re growing our Property Management team and are welcoming two types of positions, in both locations - Gladstone and Boyne Tannum. Part time applicants are encouraged to also apply.
1. Property Manager (Portfolio Responsibility)
As a Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio and deliver a high-standard experience for landlords and tenants, supported by a dedicated Property Management Assistant and Team Leader.
Your impact includes:

Managing the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle with strong team support

Coordinating maintenance and repairs between owners, tenants and trusted local trades

Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-ups

Handling breaches in line with RTA guidelines and legislation

Providing clear, confident tenancy advice to landlords and tenants
2. Property Management Assistant (Support Role)
As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll play a critical support role, helping Property Managers deliver exceptional service while building your skills and confidence in the industry. This role is ideal if you love organisation, communication, and being the calm engine behind a great PM.

Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration

Communicating with landlords, tenants and trades in a professional, friendly way
