Property Managers

Job Description

From oil rigs to goldmines and everything in between, Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia’s most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely.

Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Property Managers to take us into our next growth phase joining our Property Management division, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.

This is a rare opportunity to support our Delta FM property division, delivering top tier support services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a Monday-Friday roster, working 11 hour days. The preferred applicant will live locally or be prepared to drive in and drive out. Accommodation and meals included via camp accommodation. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

The Position

  • Manage existing and new tenancies
  • Establish relationships with tenants and the regional landlord
  • Access and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estate
  • Work with real estate trust accounts
  • Overseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractors
  • Processing of applications promptly and efficiently
  • Listing of properties when they become available for rent
  • Management of arrears
  • Conducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections
  • Reporting and other ad hoc tasks as required

The Person

  • Must have CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Property Management
  • Must have a current drivers licence
  • You will have strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe.
  • You will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given time
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think outside the box

The Benefits

You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation. As an employer of choice, we recognise high performance and foster individual development. Additionally, our employees enjoy the following benefits:

  • Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobile.
  • Multiple salary packaging options to help your dollar go further.
