We have an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Advisor to join our team in Gladstone.  This role is East Coast of Australia supporting numerous projects across Queensland.
 
This newly formed role is in-line with the growth of our Australian business and will be working within the QHSE Team and will provide the business with expertise, advice, leadership and accountability to enhance the success of our business and projects.
 
This role will work closely with the Regional QHSE Manager and broadly within the greater team, developing and implementing QHSE strategies, systems and ensuring best practice performance and outcomes.
 
We are seeking a passionate QHSE professional with the following:
  • Certificate IV in WHS / HSE or equivalent
  • Working knowledge and understanding of QHSE legislation and requirements with an ability to develop QHSE processes and procedures
  • An understanding of ISO, AS/NZ and NATA requirements
  • Experience / Exposure within the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors is preferred
  • An ability to work effectively across both corporate and operational QHSE functions and responsibilities
  • A leader with excellent written and communication skills and ability to motive and influence others
