About Us

The Gracemere Bakery is an award winning family owned business that has been catering for the people of Central Queensland over the past 32 years. We trade for 5 days a week; producing a wide range of breads, cakes, pies, pastries and slices. We service both retail and wholesale customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified baker/pastry cook to join our team, with both day and night hours available.

 

Qualifications and Experience 

We are seeking a punctual, highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate that is to be trade qualified and have sound experience with bread and pastry.

 

Tasks and Requirements

  • Bread Production.

  • Pies & Pastry. 

  • Cake & Slices.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to be part of a busy team.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure.
