Pearl Home Care Gladstone is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team supporting aged care clients in the Gladstone community.

About the Role
You will support clients in their homes and community with tasks such as:
• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
• Companionship and community participation
• Supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing

Essential Requirements
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• Blue Card & Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to remain at home
