Job Description

C&H Recruitment is working with a respected local civil construction business based in Rockhampton.

They have recently announced extensive projects across the Rockhampton region within the railway maintenance works that have excellent job security, growth and development opportunities, as well as an attractive remuneration package.

Currently they are seeking Railway Labourers, Single or Multi-Skilled Operators to join them casually with a view to expand into their permanent crew.

Positions available include;
  • Labouring
  • Loader
  • Excavator 
  • Dozer
  • Moxy
  • Grader
  • Skid Steer
  • Highway trucks 
Requirements to be successful;
  • SARC certificate and RIW / RSW card (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in a similar role with background history working within the civil construction and rail industry
  • Relevant operator licenses/tickets
  • Construction card (white or blue)
  • Able to pass a D&A screen and PEM
  • Ability to work away from home at times as required for specific rosters (10/4)
Benefits for joining with us;
  • Casual houlry rates between $42.50 - $47.50/hr + penalties (tickets dependent)
  • 40-50 hour working weeks
