About the Role

This role is all about communication, consistency, and follow-through.
You’ll work closely with our sales agents — helping manage relationships, follow up with homeowners and buyers, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Every day will include making calls, booking appointments, and connecting with people — all while learning from agents with over 50 years of combined sales experience across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities include:

Making daily prospecting and follow-up calls to homeowners and buyers.

Booking appraisals, inspections, and appointments.

Managing and updating client notes in the CRM.

Supporting open homes and assisting with client communication.

Helping the team stay organised and ahead of schedule.
