About the Role:
As a Real Estate Cadet, you’ll play a key support role within our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and removing property signs.
• Delivering flyers and conducting mail drops.
• Assisting with property-related phone calls.
• Supporting the administration team with day-to-day tasks.
• Acting as an all-rounder, ready to step in wherever needed.

This is a unique opportunity to learn real estate sales from the ground up, with future career potential to grow within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
A willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
A valid manual driver’s license (company car provided).
Reliability, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
