ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity for a committed, efficient and well-versed Administration Assistant to join our team in the Rockhampton office. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and computer skills (including Microsoft Office suite), the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. This position supports our team of busy Psychologists in a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
· Managing Psychologist’s diaries
· Reception duties
· File Management (preparation, filing, archiving)
· General office accounting and banking (familiarity with Xero and Microsoft 365 is well-regarded but not essential)
This role also includes general office housekeeping duties.
The position is 32 hours per week.
Hourly rate is negotiable based on successful applicant’s experience.
