We’re now seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Client Services Assistant to join our Rockhampton office and play a key role in supporting both our clients and our team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing while also supporting the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors in person and over the phone

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries

  • Coordinating appointments, meetings and calendars

  • Supporting the Client Services team with administrative tasks

  • Assisting with ATO lodgments and document processing

  • Helping ensure the office runs efficiently day to day

About You

You’ll be well-suited to this role if you’re organised, approachable and take pride in delivering great service.

You’ll bring:

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • A proactive, flexible approach to work

  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities

  • Previous reception or administration experience (advantageous but not essential)
