High Street Vet Surgery is seeking a confident, organised, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in North Rockhampton.
💼 About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our veterinary team.
Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointments, phone calls, and enquiries in a timely manner.

Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks

Handling payments and maintaining accurate records

Providing reassurance and empathy to pet owners during visits
🐾 About You
We are looking for an experienced candidate who:

Has proven customer service or reception experience (veterinary experience highly regarded, but not essential)

Has a minimum of 6-12 months customer service or reception experience

Is highly proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly

Has experience with ezyVet or similar veterinary practice management software (highly regarded but not essential)

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

Can remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emotional situations

Works well in a busy, team-oriented environment

⏰ Hours
Clinic hours include weekdays and possibly weekend shifts (Saturday mornings), so flexibility of the position is available.
