The Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, mature and friendly Receptionist who prides themselves on providing a first class customer service experience.

You will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to our busy office.

You will work in partnership with another receptionist to provide quality, seamless service to our clients and staff.  

With previous experience in a customer facing role, you will understand the importance of creating positive first impressions and this will be demonstrated in your personal presentation and your friendly, bright and positive nature.

You will be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks with a calm and ‘can do’ attitude.  You will have the confidence to work autonomously, but thrive in a team environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an interest in law;
  • Be committed to providing first class customer service at all times;
  • Be an excellent communicator;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook;
  • Have excellent written English language skills;
  • Be capable of meeting deadlines and prioritising multiple tasks;
  • Be tech-savvy; and
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

In addition to your Reception duties, you will have the opportunity to contribute in other areas (depending on your previous experience and skill set) e.g. legal tasks, marketing, human resources, IT, accounts, general administration, etc.
