The Role
We’re looking for an organised and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Supporting administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office supply management.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
