Are you an organised professional with a passion for customer service and innovation? CQUniversity is seeking an RPL Administrator to coordinate and assist with streamlining the VET (TAFE) Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process,

In this role, you'll provide expert administrative support and advice, ensuring the efficient management of VET RPL processes while collaborating with stakeholders to promote our services. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement and exceptional outcomes, while contributing to the success of students and the wider CQ community.

Position Requirements

  • Coordinate the VET Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate advice to clients.
  • Promote VET RPL services to internal and external stakeholders to support enrolment growth.
  • Provide high-level administrative and research support, assisting with reports, policies, and proposals.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn about, VET Training Packages.
