Admin Assistant/Recruitment – Experienced Recruiter

Location: Mackay, QLD
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
 
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next role? We are seeking a Recruiter to join the team in Mackay, QLD.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates and conducting phone screening interviews
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees
  • Coordinate and order PPE 
  • Book accommodation and arrange travel for staff working in mining operations
  • Support the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to induction
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in the mining industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with candidates and internal teams
  • Ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a growing business
