Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description

Comlek Group is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for either Southeast Queensland or Mackay & Coalfields. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on mining and resources.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for current vacancies

  • Coordinating onboarding activities including booking medicals, site inductions, and issuing contracts

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and long-standing clients

  • Supporting internal and client reporting requirements as needed


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment, mobilisation, or onboarding role

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience using recruitment databases
