Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders, Trade Assistants, Industrial Cleaners and Supervisors.
Ausgroup are currently seeking for a motivated Recruitment Officer to support the growth and expansion of our business and its operations. Experience across Recruitment and HR Generalist functions would be seen as advantageous.

About You
To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

Experience with Blue Collar Recruitment.

Onboarding of new personnel.

General HR Admin duties.

Understanding of mining and construction industry training requirements.

Excellent communications skills.

Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.

Good time management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.
