Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workforce planning (rosters, accommodation, site vehicles).

  • Ensure correct staffing levels & coordinate training, medicals & inductions.

  • Forecast workforce needs for future projects.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance tracking.

  • Build strong relationships with employees & stakeholders.

  • Track projects, manage site invoicing & optimize workforce workflows.

  • Sales experience desirable—support client relationships & business growth.

About You

✅ Experience in workforce planning/recruitment (mining/construction preferred).
✅ Sales & HR experience (desirable).
✅ Strong organizational, time management & problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✅ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
