About the role

selectability has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Coordinator to join the team. As the Regional Coordinator you will continue to build a high-performing team and grow selectability’s presence.

Main duties

As a Regional Coordinator you will:

  • Join the Regions Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services, as well as local and state government agencies and private industry
  • Recruit a local workforce; train, mentor, coach and support local staff
  • Generate referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services
  • Lead consumer intake and the development of individual service agreements
  • Oversee the delivery of programs and services, including personally delivery services if required, and reporting as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
  • Represent selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience leading teams, programs and services
  • Experience in Mental Health Industry (highly desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain)
  • A current drivers licence (minimum P1)
  • A roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured car
  • A Blue Card with a Yellow Card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate (visit to access this free module)
