Bolton Clarke's Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home and Community clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. 

These include:
  • Working independently throughout the Rockhampton community.
  • Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
  • Developing appropriate and prosperous therapeutic and caring relationships.
  • Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
About you
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care or community desirable.
  • Relevant Bachelor qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
  • Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
  • First Aid and CPR
